Time-resolved Imaging of Sypro Stained Proteomics Gels
Here we use the Imagex TGi system to observe interesting variations in fluorescent lifetime in proteomic gels stained with sypro-ruby a commercial protein stain. The lifetime contrast is not well understood bu may reflect variations in oxygen permeability in different proteins or possible chromphore quenching.

Time-Gated Imaging of Lanthanide-labelled of Microarrays
Microarrays printed onto nylon-based membranes can be imaged more effectively using long-lifetime probes as this allows the short-lifetime auto-fluorescence of the membrane to be rejected with high efficiency.
